Return Policy
At Distinguished Dentists of America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your award purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged
- Original packaging must be included when possible
- Personalized or engraved items may not be eligible for return (see below)
Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our awards, items that have been personalized with your name, practice name, or other custom engraving cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging (or suitable alternative)
- Ship the item to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require an additional payment if the replacement item is of higher value.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged item when contacting us.
